MARC BERG

Senior Counsel

With JSL for over 20 years, Marc is a seasoned attorney providing continual and exceptional representation across varying legal matters. Marc is a no-fault arbitrator in Minnesota, focusing his practice on commercial litigation, employment law, insurance defense and products liability. He has defended numerous cases at the state and federal district court levels including in administrative proceedings.

SCOTT JOHNSON

Special Counsel

Scott holds a BA from Cornell University (1972) and a JD cum laude from Mitchell Hamline Law School (1980), where he was editor of the law review. He was named “Super Lawyer” in 2022. Scott has 43 years’ experience handling complex commercial and insurance litigation experience at the administrative, district courts and appellate levels. Scott also has been an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School teaching trial advocacy.
