MARC BERG

Marc Berg’s principal strength as an attorney is his sincere commitment to his clients’ best interests.  With over 25 years’ experience in the legal profession, Marc always strives to provide exemplary service to his firm’s clients.  He uses his knowledge and experience to resolve clients’ legal problems in a satisfactory manner, and to advise clients as to how best avoid similar legal problems in the future.  Marc has earned the AV “preeminent” rating through the Martindale-Hubbell peer review process.

 Marc is frequently called upon to analyze complex legal issues and to plan strategy for a wide variety of legal challenges facing clients. He is known for his ability to explain legal concepts and procedures to clients in plain, straightforward terms. He always works closely and cooperatively with his clients to determine the best approach in each situation.

Marc has extensive experience in a variety of transactional matters, as well as all phases of litigation, from pleading and discovery to trial and appeals. Marc also serves as a Minnesota No-Fault Arbitrator.
