JAMES SELMER
James Selmer’s primary strength is his exceptional ability to understand his clients’ needs. At the same time, he has a sharp ability to assess the true objectives of his clients’ adversaries. James applies his unique skills to both litigation and transactional matters, regardless of whether a case presents simple or complex issues. James has more than 40 years’ experience handling a variety of transactional matters as well as complex multiparty cases in state and federal district courts. He has extensive experience in virtually all phases of the litigation process from pretrial to trial to the appellate level. He focuses his practice in the areas of insurance litigation, business and commercial litigation, general liability claims, contracts, labor and employment law, and real estate matters, including eminent domain, condemnation litigation and title opinions.
His use of sound judgment and common sense, along with effective communication, negotiation and trial skills, have yielded numerous favorable results for his clients throughout the years.
