Todd Johnson

A trial lawyer for more than 40 years, Todd has practiced in the areas of products liability, insurance, complex business disputes and mass tort. A graduate of Princeton University and a cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, he has handled cases in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Delaware, Virginia, California, Washington, Texas and Ohio.

Todd is a member of the Minnesota State Bar and Washington State Bar associations and the federal courts for the Eastern and Western Districts in Washington State, District of Minnesota, United States Court of Claims and the United States Supreme Court.

Selected a “Super Lawyer” by his peers, Todd is a former instructor in International Law at William Mitchell College of Law.  He is an “alumnus” of the Kilpatrick & Cody (now “Kilpatrick & Stockton”) law firm based in Atlanta, Popham Haik in Minneapolis, and the firm of Reed, McClure, Moceri & Thonn in Seattle. Todd has tried or arbitrated nearly one hundred cases, including complex mass tort and products liability disputes.
