Allen Gibas

Allen Gibas has practiced law for over 41 years.  Over the course of his career, he has handled numerous civil matters, including, but not limited to, business and corporate law, real estate, debtor-creditor issues and employment law.  The breadth of his experience enables him to quickly recognize subtle nuances in clients’ legal problems, nuances which are often missed by other lawyers who specialize in those practice niches.

In transactional matters, he has an exceptional ability to map out practical solutions to complex legal problems that often lead to win-win results for all parties involved. Because of Allen’s intellectual ability, wisdom and success in analyzing and solving numerous legal problems, he is “of counsel” to JSL.

Allen has always exemplified the core values essential to maintaining a positive, healthy relationship between lawyer and client: direct and open communication, loyalty, dependability, and trustworthiness; and dedication and diligence in addressing the client’s need for legal advice and service. Because Allen has consistently followed and promoted these core values in his practice, JSL has chosen him for the critical role “of counsel” to our firm.
